When I'm most useful
Why me?
I help teams step out of day-to-day delivery mode, make sense of what’s really going on, and decide what to do next with confidence. This often centres around strategy and positioning: exploring possibilities and shaping a clear direction for the future.
I design and guide structured strategy processes that help teams explore important questions, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions about where to focus — typically through facilitated sessions that create space for open conversation, fresh thinking, and shared understanding.
Sometimes that means uncovering new opportunities for growth. Sometimes it’s challenging long-held assumptions. Sometimes it’s unblocking a specific issue. And sometimes it’s simply clearing enough fog for a team to take the next meaningful step forward.
My approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in real-world experience. I don’t arrive with predetermined answers — instead, I bring structure, curiosity, and an outside perspective to help teams make sense of complexity and turn insight into clear choices.
I believe you know your organisation best. My role isn’t to prescribe solutions, but to help you explore, discover, and decide what makes the most sense for your future.

How I work
I design and facilitate focused, collaborative strategy programmes that help teams understand where they are, explore possibilities, and shape clear ways forward. That might happen as a one-day workshop or as a longer-term partnership — but the goal is always the same: create clarity, unlock new thinking, and build momentum quickly.
Alongside this work, I’m also training as a therapist — which shapes how I listen, how I hold space for uncertainty, and how I facilitate conversations when the answers aren’t obvious and the stakes feel high.
If you’re facing a big decision, a moment of change, or a challenge that doesn’t have an easy answer, let's talk.
